Description We are in search of a Project Manager III - Service Operations based in Auburn, Maine. This role involves managing a variety of internal projects from inception to completion within our organization. You will be expected to take the lead in project planning, resource and staff management, as well as monitoring project performance and making necessary adjustments. This is a contract to permanent employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough analysis of diverse project data and make informed decisions based on identifiable factors.
• Apply comprehensive project management concepts, including organizing and tracking tasks, mitigating risks, and creating deliverables.
• Manage and maintain project documentation such as project charter, plan, and scope statement.
• Analyze patterns, trends, and correlations in data to make recommendations on company strategic issues and projects.
• Control and mitigate project risks by performing qualitative and quantitative analysis, planning risk responses, and recommending mitigation strategies to management.
• Track and report key project metrics such as deliverables, financials, and duration, and communicate findings to stakeholders and leadership.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal partners and third party vendors to align, secure buy-in, and support for diverse project stakeholders.
• Drive innovation in our products and services and continually improve our processes.
• Act with uncompromising integrity and provide outstanding service to build trusted relationships.
• Be personally accountable and deliver on commitments while treating each other with respect and dignity. Requirements • Demonstrated expertise in Project Management
• Proficient in Reporting, Planning, and Planning Processes
• Strong knowledge of Quality Management practices and principles
• Familiarity with software 'About Time'
• Experience in managing Benefit Functions
• Exceptional Leadership Skills, capable of managing a large team
• Ability to Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently
• Track record of driving progress and meeting project timelines
• Understanding of Networking principles
• Experience in Staffing and managing stakeholders
• Knowledge of different Project Management Methods and Practices
• Ability to work with Partners and make necessary Adjustments
• Proven experience in managing Deliverable and Deployments
• Understanding of Project Planning and Mitigation techniques
• Proficiency in Quantitative Analysis
• Demonstrated ability to drive Innovation in processes and practices
• Must be able to work legally in the United States without must be eligible to work in the U.S..
