Parsons is looking for a talented Project Manager to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for overall project delivery, procurement, and field management of an OCONUS large-scale project with complex logistical challenges. In this role you will also help in pursuit and acquisition of new projects in the Pacific region.
**This position requires relocation to Kwajalein Atoll, Marshall Islands where housing is provided and likely includes future relocations to other Pacific island locations**
What You'll Be Doing:
Executing the delivery of firm-fixed price, federal construction at remote OCONUS Indo-Pac locationsSupporting the pursuit and start-up of new projectsAssembling and managing the development of a strong teamManaging project meetings, along with client and trade partner relationshipsDriving performance to meet and exceed schedule and financial goalsWhat Required Skills You'll Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management or related field10+ years of experience with managing vertical construction for an at-risk general contractor is requiredExtensive knowledge of construction-related processes, as well as a thorough knowledge of industry best practiceExperience with delivering runways, waterfront facilities, and/or industrial complexes at remote locationsDemonstrated managerial capability with strong written and oral communication skillsA valid passportIdeal candidate is based out of a USA OCONUS location in the PacificMinimum Clearance Required to Start:
