Job overview and responsibilities

Responsible for managing projects that are diverse and complexCoordinate project planning, execution, timing, quality and costsProvide support to IT PMO Project Managers as needed, this would include managing the project plan to make sure work is on budget and on scheduleTrack deliverables, identify risks, put risk mitigation planManages efforts to coordinate cross functionally to estimate project scope, tasks and costManages efforts to coordinate and support project delivery within committed budget, schedule and qualityIdentify and communicate, verbally and written, risks and mitigation plans in collaboration with stakeholdersCoordinate effectively across multiple workgroups to plan for resources and resource assignmentsManage project plans in a complex, dynamic environment, revising needs to meet changing requirements, tracking impact to budget and scheduleCommunicate accomplishments, and forecast budgets

Qualifications

Required 

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Business Administration or equivalent 7+ years of project management experienceExperience working the project management life cycle from ideation through to implementation and operationalizationWorking experience with Agile, Waterfall, hybrid methodologies Tooling experience with a preference in JIRAFamiliarity with the software development lifecycle Budgeting and Resource ManagementStrong communication skills; both written and verbalProject TrackingProactive, self-drivenAble to work independently with little direction while also being able to effectively manage project team resourcesMust be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorshipSuccessful completion of interview required to meet job qualificationReliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position 

Preferred

Familiarity with PMLC, PlanPlus, andFieldGlassExperience with cybersecurity and/or cloud projectsExperience with ServiceNow Experience with Clarity
