This means they should be familiar with Agile practices and principles, not just the framework, but also the mindset that emphasizes flexibility, collaboration, and customer-focused + Lead and drive the project, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within scope. + Develop and maintain detailed project plans using tools like Jira, focusing on meeting deadlines and achieving project milestones. + Collaborate closely with product leaders, to align project goals with business objectives. + Partner with suppliers to ensure seamless integration and delivery of project features. + Facilitate Agile ceremonies and promote an Agile mindset within the team. + Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies. + Communicate effectively with stakeholders and leadership, providing regular updates on project status and progress. + Ensure all project activities adhere to the established release cycle and quality standards. **Experience Requirements:** + Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the hospitality or technology integration sectors. + Strong background in Agile methodologies, with the ability to drive process improvements and foster an Agile culture. + Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to keep teams accountable and on track. + Experience managing multi-supplier plans and coordinating with diverse teams. + Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels. + Knowledge of hospitality industry systems, such as POS and PMS, is a plus but not required. _Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate.
