Project Manager Intern
Job Description SummaryAs part of the Project Management team a Project Management intern is responsible for screening, planning, scheduling and execution of the small projects and customer requests to ensure the timely delivery and increased customer satisfaction.

Project Management Apprentice assists in the management of multiple projects and customer requests while providing project management advice to the organisation. They coordinate projects and customer requests, schedule, track the progress and report their results.

Roles and Responsibilities

Processing of the small/medium projects and customer requestsMaintaining contact with the end customers and parties involved through email and phone calls to answer questions and concerns, prepare presentations and project data.Collaborating with various teams and hold meetings in order to develop implementation plans and identifying risks.Escalating constraints and risks to the appropriate parties of the organization, when required.Closely monitoring the progress, deadlines and plans of the small projects and customer requests.  Support analysis of the processes used by the Project Management team to drive the continuous improvement of the wider team.

 

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Bio-medical Engineering, Business Administration or any other relevantOrganizational skills to work in a structured, independent and reliable way while quickly learningProficiency in basic computer skills including Microsoft OfficeStrong verbal and written communication skills of English and Italian language; Other European languages are also highly desirable
