**Job Description: Internal Project Manager** **A Snapshot of Your Day** The Internal Project Manager will lead complex global projects across multiple functions. The scope of the Internal Project Manager includes defining project scope and deliverables. The Internal Project Manager will manage the project to deliver the desired business results. **How You’ll Make an Impact** + **Complianceand Safety** : Ensure adherence to standards, rules, and regulations,implementing measures to uphold a zero-harm policy in environment, health,and safety. Regularly check compliance in projects and withsubcontractors. + **TeamLeadership** : Guide, support, motivate, and develop project team membersto achieve project and organisational goals. + **ProjectImplementation** : Effectively implement projects to meet financial andcommercial objectives using Project Excellence @ Siemens Energy (PE@SE)methodologies. + **ProjectManagement** : Oversee project/program management activities, includingschedule, budget, risk, change, opportunity, and resource allocation forcomplex projects or programs. Guide continuous improvement plans andproject expansion opportunities. + **FinancialOversight and Reporting** : Ensure correct cost assignment andmonitoring, prepare commercial information for project reporting andstatus discussions, identify and assess financial opportunities and risks,and provide analysis and feedback to the project team and management. **What You Bring** + **Educationaland Professional Experience** : BS in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics,or Management with 10+ years of experience managing large, complexprojects, including cross-functional projects. Experience as a ProjectManager in category B/C or equivalent. + **TechnicalProficiency** : Proficient in SAP, PowerPoint, and Excel, with theability to present information clearly to project teams and management.Strong influencing skills to drive organisation and behaviour. + **SubjectMatter Expertise** : Knowledge in Risk Management, System Engineering,and solid accounting principles. Experience in an Enterprise ResourcePlanning (ERP) environment. + **Communicationand Collaboration** : Strong ability to communicate and work withinternational teams across different countries and cultures. Willingnessto travel domestically and/or internationally up to 25%. + **PreferredQualifications** : Prior experience within Siemens Services M&Ubusiness or equivalent, industry-recognised Project Managementcertifications (e.g., PMI PMP, IPMA), and knowledge of PE@SE.Opportunities for personal growth include managing projects of varyingcomplexity and expanding leadership skills. **Gas Services** Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization.
