Description Experienced IT Project Manager – Princeton, NJ Location: Princeton, NJ Work Arrangement: Hybrid Contract Duration: Through 2025, with potential extension into 2026 Are you a seasoned Project Manager with a proven track record of delivering large-scale IT projects? We are seeking a highly skilled professional with at least 9 years of experience to lead enterprise-level software rollouts. This role requires a strong ability to manage complex timelines, risks, resources, and communications for a strategic technology initiative. Key Responsibilities + Oversee all phases of assigned large-scale IT projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and budget. + Develop and communicate project management strategies, plans, timelines, and reports. + Collaborate with stakeholders to set project priorities and define responsibilities. + Engage in resource planning and effective allocation for project success. + Analyze and implement efficient management and technical processes. + Facilitate and lead "Path to Green" discussions while providing clear executive-level communication. Requirements Required Qualifications + Minimum of 9 years’ experience managing large IT programs, including software implementations. + Strong leadership and time management skills with the ability to balance competing priorities. + Exceptional communication skills for coordinating across teams, vendors, and executive leadership. + Proficiency using project management software tools to track, report, and ensure consistent progress. + Moderate understanding of CI/CD platforms, with a preference for experience in SonarQube scanning. + Analytical and problem-solving skills complemented by a tech-savvy mindset. Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have) + Experience with Jira or other robust project management systems. + Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps project contexts to provide relevant technical oversight. + Strong team-building capabilities, especially for virtual/distributed teams across multiple locations. Expected Daily Responsibilities + Conduct daily stand-ups with DevOps teams and document action items. + Schedule, coordinate, and lead meetings with platform contributors, keeping all stakeholders aligned. + Create detailed project documentation, policies, and procedures to ensure consistent execution. + Communicate expectations, timelines, and deliverables across all project stakeholders. + Gain a clear understanding of organizational processes and structures to navigate approvals and milestones effectively.
