Project Manager - IT Infrastructure
Description We are offering a contract for a Project Manager - IT Infrastructure position in Woburn, Massachusetts. In this role, you'll be primarily focused on managing a variety of technology infrastructure projects, including system deployments, software upgrades, and change management initiatives. You'll be part of a diverse, multinational team and work closely with various IT associates across the organization. Responsibilities: • Develop, update, and maintain comprehensive project management plans, adhering to established methodologies. • Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to define, prioritize, and manage potential future IT infrastructure projects. • Regularly prepare status reports, presenting project scope, goals, milestones, budget, risk status, and change requests to the client and project team. • Continually update project schedules, incorporating inputs from each functional team. • Lead project cost estimation and ongoing budget tracking, providing budget information to Project Managers and assisting in data analysis. • Handle project resource management, providing work direction and leadership to assigned projects, scheduling work assignments, and reviewing project efforts. • Ensure accurate documentation and reporting, maintaining logs of project actions, risks, and issues. • Facilitate the integration of new installations and upgrades of desktop, server, and network infrastructure hardware and software. • Employ your interpersonal skills to work effectively in a distributed, multicultural environment. • Implement risk management strategies, identifying, prioritizing, and mitigating day-to-day project issues and risks. • Leverage your business analysis skills to gather information required for analysis of project cost, resources, time, and other project supporting deliverables.
