Requirements Your toolkit: ✅ A track record in Tableau development - dashboard design and optimization are kind of your thing! ✅ 6 years of BI Tools experience and 3 years deep-diving into Tableau Desktop and Prep. ✅ Solid experience in load and performance tuning the STAR schema data model from flat files. ✅ Strong SQL skills and data engineering best practices knowledge. ✅ Sharp analytical skills - you can interpret data and generate insights with your eyes closed! ✅ Experience performing business analysis tasks like requirements gathering, process mapping, and gap analysis. ✅ Detail obsessed, especially when it comes to data accuracy and visualization. ✅ Stellar communication skills - you translate 'data speak' into 'human talk' seamlessly. ✅ Bonus: working experience on Microsoft PowerBI. Coming from a technology background with at least 8 years of experience and 5 years working as Tableau developer / data analyst would be amazing, and if you've got 2 years as a Business Analyst, that's icing on the cake! Here's what the role offers: 💫 A hybrid role with 4 days on-site and 1 day remote. Expect interactions with team members in the US and China. ⏰Working hours? 8am-5pm EST is preferred. 📆 The initial contract is for 6 months with possible extensions.
