Project Manager IT (SalesForce/SAP)

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, managing, a Salesforce Field Service Implementation Project across our US organization. In order to do this successfully, this person should feel comfortable handling multiple tasks at a time.
**Responsibilities**
+ Lead and manage the full project lifecycle of Salesforce Field Service implementation, including planning, scoping, scheduling, resource management, budget and risk management.
+ Manage cross-functional teams (including external developers and Salesforce Consultants, business analysts, and field service engineers) to ensure project is delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
+ Partner with technical and functional teams to design, develop, and deploy Salesforce Field Service
+ Manage the technical integration workstream between Salesforce, SAP and other SCM solutions
+ Regularly communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, including senior management, clients, and team members, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
+ Oversee the quality assurance process, including testing, training, and post-implementation support to ensure the solution meets our expectations and needs.
+ Develop and execute change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of Salesforce Field Service solutions by end-users.
+ Manage time and project budgets, track expenses, and ensure project is delivered on time within financial constraints.
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
+ Proven project management experience.
+ 5+ years of project management experience, with a focus on Salesforce Field Service .
Proven track record of leading successful Salesforce implementations.
+ Experience in managing projects in a service management or field service environment.
+ Proven Salesforce Field Service Implementation Experience.
+ Proven track record of leading successful Salesforce implementations.

+ Proven Integration Experience of Salesforce, SAP and other SCM Systems.
+ Strong experience with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
+ Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
+ Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver projects to meet business needs.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing client needs and project requirements.
