The Project Manager will support KTSV-MI priority customer as a dedicated team member to act as the primary point of contact.Position Key Responsibilities:
Existing product line will require oversite of production builds and current fleet. Leverage warranty, quality, engineering, parts sales, service/refurb resources as needed.Production BuildsResponsible for customer, supply chain, vendor management and production deliverables.Update existing engineering drawings with Corrective Action items as needed.Fleet ManagementCustomer point of contact for quality and/or warranty concerns.Responsible for customer communication: open issues list and Corrective Action document management and supporting regular customer meetings.New product line launch. Leverage warranty, quality, engineering resources as needed.Oversight of production milestones through delivery.Responsible for project and fleet management of specific customer units after initial build.Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree required, Engineering degree preferred.PMP certification5 year’s project (program) management experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Collaborative approach and the ability to support all functional areas.Ability to establish goals and objectives to complete projects and provide status.Knowledge of and ability to lead and implement continuous improvement principles and techniques.Proficient in use of common PC software packages (i.e. MS Office).Michigan Professional Engineer (PE) mechanical or civil preferredAutoCAD user (2D), 3-5 years’ experience preferredProficiency in SolidWorks, 3-5 years’ experience preferred1-2 year’s custom truck, 5th wheel trailer or RV design and development experience preferredFundamental Irreplaceable Behavior Values:
