Project Manager - Large HVAC Projects

The Project Manager is a crucial role in planning, directing, and coordinating activities of designated projects to ensure that goals and objectives are accomplished within a prescribed time frame and within funding parameters by performing the following duties personally or through peers/subordinate supervisors.

 

A Day in the Life:

Plans and analyzes assigned projects, establishes schedules and project parameters. Reviews project proposals or plans to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of project. Establishes work plan and staffing for each phase of project and arranges for recruitment or assignment of project personnel as required/necessary. Confers with project staff to outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority. Coordinates project activities regarding government regulatory or other governmental agencies such as required project permitting. Reviews status reports prepared by project personnel and modify schedules or plans as required. Establishes a professional relationship with the customer and interfaces constantly to maintain accurate status reports and project reviews Prepares project reports for management, client, or others. Responsible for timely completion of assigned projects and customer satisfaction, and maintaining the accuracy of the forecasted cost at completion Travel to customer sites and manufacturing facility as needed

Compensation:

The typical annual base salary for this position ranges from $$113,000 - $150,000 (+ bonus if applicable job grade) in California. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

 

What you will Bring:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience 3+ years of Project Management experience Preferred: Spanish/English bilingual
