Project Manager-Lead
Position Overview International Corporation, a leading North American truck manufacturer with great products, a strong market position and best-in-class distribution network, has an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager Lead to join our Uptime Command Center (UCC) team at the headquarters in Lisle, IL. The Uptime Command Center cross functionally assists International’s Field Support teams to provide clear communication on operation and repair strategies to the dealer network. Responsibilities • Performs project completion using an internal customer perspective, typically from initiation through delivery.• Demonstrates good judgment and utilizes best practices in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.• May instruct, coach, or provide informal guidance to other professionals or colleagues with less experience.• Able to manage multiple complex projects concurrently. • Coordinates cross-functional teams through meetings and measures progress to bring distinct, specific projects to completion both on time and within budget.• Fully proficient in applying established standards and resolving a wide range of complex problems, of diverse scope, in innovative ways Minimum Requirements + Bachelor’s degree + At least 5 years of project/program management experience OR + Master’s degree + At least 3 years of project/program management experience OR + At least 7 years of project/program management experience Additional Requirements + Qualified candidates, excluding current International Motors employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.
