Project Manager - Luxury Homes

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the construction of luxury residential projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and residential construction, with a passion for delivering high-end custom homes on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage residential construction projects from initiation to completion.Collaborate with architects, designers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines.Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.Ensure compliance with all building codes, regulations, and safety standards.Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates and address concerns.Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field is preferred.Proven experience as a Project Manager in residential construction.Strong knowledge of project management principles and practices.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.Experience with luxury and custom home projects is a plus.
