Your role and responsibilities

The Industrial Automation Energy Industries division offers energy and automation technology products, systems, software, service solutions and services across the entire value chain of the process industry and power generation. We are looking for support in project management. The area of application is mainly in the field of automation of process industrial plants (oil & gas and chemical industry) as well as hydropower plants. As a strong communicator, you combine your professional know-how with several years of project experience, if possible, and rely on your ability to build up a good customer relationship at the same time and still increase the turnover and profit of a project.Would you like to work with a team to achieve the goal of projects of different sizes and complexities? Then accept the challenge.Your area of responsibility:Technical and commercial project management in the field of automation and its ancillary systems with the customer as well as responsibility for risk assessment based on calculations and technical drawingsAnalysis of the functional specification and examination of feasibilitySelection of adequate suppliers (internal and external)Project structuring from quotation preparation through the entire project tracking, execution and reviewClose collaboration with sales, customer, manufacturing, purchasing, and project management management Schedule management of the individual process steps and cost management during project execution - Reporting to the management or business unit management in the event of risks or major deviations in the project Reporting on the progress of the completed project as part of the project reviewResponsibility for the overall project and accompany internal and external customer acceptancesOrganization and supervision of assembly and commissioning on the construction siteIdentification and follow-up of customer potentials directly on site at the customer's site or on construction sites with the aim of winning follow-up projects for usBuilding and strengthening long-term customer relationships

Qualifications for the role

Completed electrical engineering training (HTL, FH or TU), preferably in the field of energy technology or automation technologyExperience in electrical plant engineering as well as in the design and implementation of projectsCommercial know-how, very good MS Office skills and ideally SAP knowledgeFluent in German, good knowledge of English Driving licence class B High communication and representation skills, flexibility and initiative You are used to working with a team, attach great importance to cost-conscious thinking and acting and are not afraid to travel
