Role summary:

Flowserve is looking for a Project Manager (M/F/T) for Continuous Improvement Processes (CIP) at the Ettlingen site at the earliest possible start date. In this role, you will be responsible for the implementation and support of the CIP business unit.

Your tasks:

Management and implementation of small and medium-sized CIP projects as well as supporting large CIP projects aimed at quality and processing time improvement, cost reduction and customer satisfaction.Identification of cost savings at the siteFacilitation of workshops and projectsAligning project resultsCoordination of operational improvement suggestionsConducting economic feasibility studiesEvaluating key figuresAnalyzing and commenting on resultsIdentifying and communicating business needsSupporting 6S projects and processesIdentifying and sharing best practicesSupporting investment application preparation

Your profile:

Completed bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or in a comparable fieldAt least 2 years of experience in the manufacturing industryConfident project management skills (DMAIC, Lean Management)Fluency in written and spoken GermanBusiness fluency in written and spoken EnglishFundamental SAP R/3 knowledgeConfident MS Office skillsAnalytical thinkingAssertivenessInitiativeFlexibilityAbility to work in a team
