Project Manager- Manufacturing
Work Flexibility: Onsite

Assist in management of multiple engineering projects; prioritize tasks and assign team members to ensure that the team's overall resources are used effectively and that project deadlines are met. Evaluate and authorize changes that significantly impact the scope, budget, or timeline of a project. Lead engineering projects; monitor progress and performance against the project plan; identify and resolve operational problems and minimize delays. Manage ongoing relationships with external contractors so that the organization receives satisfactory standards of service. 

What you will do:

Lead team in the development of project charters and comprehensive management plansMeet with project stakeholders to understand and refine project scope. Create detailed work breakdownDevelop and manage detail project Gantt chart. Identify major workstreams, dependencies, and critical pathDevelop risk management plan for the project – Identify, understand, and analyze risks, and develop and monitor risk response planCollaborate closely operations, engineering, and quality to understand customer needs and ensure successful project implementationActivate and motivate the project team to drive project success and achieve goals on timeBuilds successful working relationships with internal and external personnel in various departmentsEstimate and assign project team resources – define roles, responsibilities, and deliverables for each team memberDevelop stakeholder management plans for the project – identify, analyze, and understand stakeholder expectationsDeliver project report outs to Sr. Leadership. Communicate project status, achievements, risks, timeline, and budgetHight emotional intelligence and stays calm under pressure. Adaptable and able to resolve conflictsIncorporates end-user feedback to refine scope through the project lifecycle and communicates changes, updates and decisions to key stakeholdersKeeps the customer at the heart of what we doGrowth mindset – ability to learn quickly and adapt to a changing environment


Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree4+ years of post-grad work experience2+ years of PM experience


Preferred Qualifications:

PMP or equivalent

Travel Percentage: 10%
