Job Description Summary:
The Project Manager (Advisor level) for the MDLIVE Product Management & Strategy team will help define a process to and actively manage the MDLIVE product development lifecycle from ideation through release. You will be a key contributor in the creation of the Product Project Management function and its relevant processes, with a focus on product project planning, oversight of business requirements and business case development, cross-functional stakeholder communication, monitoring/tracking/reporting of project completion, and coordination of go-to-market planning and activities. This individual will report to the Project Management Senior Manager - Product Development.
MDLIVE and Workplace Care knowledge preferred.
Core Responsibilities:
Establish, implement, and actively manage appropriate agile project management processes for the product development lifecycle
Define and manage to key project tasks, timelines, and dependencies for large, complex product initiatives
Identify relevant cross-functional project stakeholders and define stakeholder management plan
Monitor, track, and report project completion across all phases of product lifecycle (i.e., ideation, discovery, release, monitor)
Develop and maintain required project reporting including dashboard(s) and regular status updates
Proactively identify, mitigate, and resolve project risks and issues
Communicate progress to relevant cross-functional stakeholders
Ensure project completion in designated timeframe
Manage go-to-market activities and cross-functional socialization of large product initiatives
Champion function's project management methodology, tools, and techniques
Ideal candidates will offer:
5-7+ years experience driving PMO efforts
Demonstrated success working with Product Development / Product Management teams
Deep understanding of the product development lifecycle
Healthcare industry experience a plus
Effective relationship building
Ability to balance the needs of multiple stakeholders
Strategic mindset
Ability to prioritize and manage workload and meet project deadlines in complex situations
Demonstrated ability to drive results in ambiguous environments
Attention to detail
Positive attitude and proven team player
Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficient with standard MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Ability to work from a Cigna Group /MDLIVE office in a hybrid capacity, if applicable in your area
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
