**Adecco** is seeking an experienced **Project Manager Mid – Hybrid, located in Oakbrook Terrace, IL 60181** , to lead and manage diverse projects across multiple domains, including Utility (Solar, Electric, Nuclear), Technology, and Construction. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to completion.

**Key Qualifications:**
+ 3+ years of Project Management experience (no maximum experience limit)
+ 3+ years of Civil Construction/Utility Planning experience
+ Experience reviewing contract proposals for construction and utility projects
+ PMP Certification (preferred but not required)
+ Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across various sectors (Utility, Technology, and Construction)
+ Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
+ Proficiency in project management software/tools
**Project Manager Responsibilities:**
+ Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring goals are met within scope, timeline, and budget
+ Develop detailed project plans that outline the scope, milestones, timelines, and resource allocation
+ Coordinate project teams (handling 4-5 projects simultaneously, with up to 20 team members)
+ Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement solutions as needed
+ Communicate effectively with stakeholders and senior management, providing regular updates on project status
+ Manage project budgets and ensure all projects are completed within financial parameters
+ Ensure projects meet quality standards and are delivered on time
+ Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
+ Lead project meetings, facilitate discussions, and drive project progress
+ Manage project documentation, including schedules, reports, and plans
+ Contribute to the development and implementation of project management best practices
**Preferred Skills & Qualifications:**
+ PMP Certification (not required but strongly beneficial)
+ Civil construction and utility planning experience
+ Familiarity with relocation project strategies and planning
+ Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
+ Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
**Education Requirements:**
+ **Bachelor’s Degree** (minimum) in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field
**Pay Details:** $63.00 to $66.00 per hour
