Project Manager (Non-IT) - Intermediate
Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager (Non-IT) to join our team in the bustling city of Boston, Massachusetts. This role is in the industry of fund management, where you'll be involved in strategizing, organizing and executing various projects. This position offers a long-term contract employment opportunity where you will be able to utilize and improve your skills in project management, documentation, review, and communication. Responsibilities: • Administer the annual update of governing documents for our Common Trust and Collective Investment Trusts, collaborating with various teams to ensure accurate procedure preparation and documentation. • Manage the process for new strategy document establishment and creation, working closely with the product and legal teams. • Actively involved in tasks related to the foreign registration of US ETFs Mutual Funds and Private Funds. • Prepare and submit regulatory reports and filings to foreign regulators and assist with requirement obligations for new foreign registrations. • Prepare reports for both internal and external boards. • Adhere to governance processes to ensure all strategy documents are reviewed and documented according to procedure. • Assist with the annual review and update of the 40 Act Fund annual N-1A Registration Statement. • Display excellent time management skills, managing multiple initiatives and navigating multiple time zones. • Collaborate effectively with business colleagues across the world. • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, effectively communicating with all levels. Requirements • Possess strong skills in project management and oversight • Proficient in documentation and reporting procedures • Experience in conducting and overseeing training programs • Ability to review, update, and establish relevant procedures • Expertise in time and calendar management • Demonstrated skills in strategic planning and setting strategic goals • Experience in production and scale out processes • Knowledge of ad hoc financial performance and reporting • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal • Proficient in collaborating with various stakeholders including suppliers • Experience in conducting competitor analysis and making strategic decisions based on findings • Demonstrated ability to manage timelines effectively • Knowledge of governance structures and their implementation • Experience in managing and allocating funds responsibly • Ability to work onsite when required • Knowledge of disclosure requirements and procedures • Experience in quarterly review and reporting processes Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
