Kforce has a client in Redmond, WA that is seeking a Project Manager Non Tech 2. Responsibilities: * Support the rapid growth of the Microsoft Consumer Products business * Assist in negotiating deal terms and conditions * Help define category and brand strategy by reviewing market share and data analytics to develop strategies and business plans for collectibles, novelty, seasonal, craft, stationery, etc. * Develop strategies to increase licensee revenue and secure new business deals * Maintain current knowledge of industry trends, competitors, business opportunities, and challenges * Manage licensees on a day-to-day basis * Assist with quarterly forecasts * Liaise with key internal teams-Product Development, Legal, Finance, Franchise, and Marketing-through matrix management to secure approvals, ensure internal alignment, and provide timely feedback for partners
