**Location: Remote, Seattle based**
**Pay Range:** **$80 - $88**
**What’s the Job?**
Join a high-impact team that shapes **Windows’ global retail sales strategy** and drives strategic planning for **Silicon partnerships with Intel, AMD, and Qualcomm** . This role is pivotal in ensuring **ecosystem alignment** across **key planning moments, co-marketing initiatives, and business rhythms** . Additionally, this position will **spearhead PC Gaming initiatives** for Windows CSO.

+ **Lead Strategic Silicon Partnerships** – Drive planning and execution for **Intel, AMD, and Qualcomm** collaborations, ensuring seamless **alignment on core initiatives** such as investments, co-marketing, and Windows Category planning.
+ **Execute Planning & Rhythm of Business (ROB)** – Oversee **half-yearly and quarterly planning** meetings with Silicon partners, developing and managing **agendas, scheduling, and key stakeholder engagement** .
+ **Drive Copilot+ & AI PC Execution** – Support **Windows CSO initiatives** for **Copilot+** product launches and AI PC strategy execution.
+ **Cross-Team Collaboration** – Coordinate efforts with **DPS, Surface, and broader Microsoft teams** to drive a unified business strategy and messaging.
+ **Deliver Key Business Updates** – Provide strategic guidance on **Project Steel** for Intel, ensuring campaign alignment and execution across global markets.
+ **Develop Co-Marketing Agreements** – Lead **co-marketing** and vendor support agreements with Intel & AMD, while aligning marketing initiatives with Qualcomm.
**What’s Needed?**
Max of 5
+ **10+ years of Microsoft experience** in relevant roles such as **CSO, DPS, Business Group (BG)** , or with **Silicon, OEM, or Retail partners** .
+ **5-7+ years of expertise in** Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
+ **5-7+ years of expertise in Project management & cross-team collaboration**
+ **5-7+ years of expertise in Partner-facing engagement & strong communication skills**
