Your Role:
In Healthcare Research & Development Quality and Risk Management (RDQRM), we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Project Manager. You will define, update, and align our R&D process management strategy with our Operational Excellence goals. This role is essential for establishing a structured approach to process management that supports our commitment to quality and efficiency. You will implement strategic frameworks, oversee standards, lead cross-functional project teams, and optimize resources to ensure ongoing inspection readiness and effective training.
 

Who You Are:

PhD or BS/MS in Life Sciences (Biology, Chemistry, Pharmaceuticals); relevant experience considered.10+ years in the pharmaceutical industry or CROs with in-depth GxP knowledge, especially GCP and GVP.Strong understanding of Operational Excellence principles; LEAN/Six Sigma certification advantageous.5+ years of experience leading cross-functional projects with proven implementation skills.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Comprehensive knowledge of global regulatory requirements and drug development processes.
