We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with expertise in Oracle Fusion to spearhead a groundbreaking implementation project. This role offers the unique opportunity to lead a dynamic team through a transformative business process reengineering effort, leveraging the latest in Oracle Fusion applications.
This is a hybrid opportunity and is based in New Brunswick, NJ with some travel to Trenton, NJ.
Lead and Execute: Drive the planning, scheduling, and execution of a comprehensive Oracle Fusion implementation.
Budget Mastery: Keep a diligent eye on budget tracking and updates, ensuring financial efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.
Communication Hub: Serve as the pivotal point for project status tracking and reporting, delivering clarity and direction to all stakeholders.
Guiding Leadership: Conduct briefings for the Executive Steering Committee, Workgroups, and Project Teams, fostering a collaborative and informed environment.
Hands-On Management: Oversee the day-to-day activities involved in the implementation, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to timelines.
Strategic Development: Craft and maintain a detailed project plan that aligns with our strategic goals.
Engagement and Reporting: Host weekly status meetings and develop comprehensive reports to keep the team aligned and informed.
Executive Briefings: Provide insightful updates on project progress, issues, and risks to key stakeholders every 2-4 weeks.
At least 7-10 years of project/program management experience, with a minimum of 5 years dedicated to Oracle Fusion applications.
Demonstrated success in managing large-scale ERP implementation projects.
Exceptional leadership skills paired with outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
Strong problem-solving skills and analytical prowess.
Thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Proficient in using project management tools and software.
PMP or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable.
Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field is required, with an MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $115,800 - $228,100.
