Project Manager Packaging Operations
Location: Whippany, NJ 
Duration: Direct Hire 
Salary: Up to $110/K depending upon experience, + bonuses
Hours: Onsite M-F
Location: Whippany, NJ 

The Project Manager oversees the entire packaging operation and serves as the primary liaison with customers. 
Must Haves:

Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.   5 years minimum proven experience in project management. (CDMO , Contract packaging PMP , client facing, customer related project experience)    Proficiency in project management software and tools.  Preferred Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification. 

 Responsibilities: 

Project Planning:  Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation. Establish clear project goals and deliverables.   Execution & Monitoring: Oversee project execution, ensuring that work is completed on time, within scope, and budget. Monitor project performance and make adjustments as necessary.  Leadership:  Lead and motivate project teams. Coordinate with the Production Supervisor to ensure adequate staffing levels meet packaging requirements.  Stakeholder Management:  Collaborate with customers to facilitate the successful launch of new products and creation of innovative package designs.  Quality Assurance / Regulatory /Compliance:  Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to company policies, client requirements and adhere to OSHA, state, and other regulatory agency requirements.  Collaborate with QA and Production teams to address and resolve daily operational issues. Documentation / Reporting:  Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting notes. Prepare and present regular project updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders. Responsible for handling special packaging projects.  Responsible for issuing daily, weekly, and monthly production reports to customers, as required
