Our client requires a Part-Time (3 days/week) to manage improvement and enablement of healthcare delivery transformation through the use of information and communication technology. The focus is to provide efficient, effective information management and communication technology processes across a provincial health sector environment.
Services will be performed remotely within Canada.

Mandatory RequirementsMandatory Requirements Include:
Valid Prince2 Foundation or Practitioner certification (Pass/Fail) Valid PROSCI Organizational Change Management certification (Pass/Fail)Requirements Include:
5 years’ experience in end-to-end delivery of provincial healthcare projects that have successfully implemented provincial clinical standards across multiple hospitals. 5 years’ experience managing large-scale healthcare projects including building of supply chain capacity and distribution procedures. 3 years’ experience leading clinical consolidation projects in a healthcare setting, with a focus on reorganizing hospitals to align with new acute and sub-acute models. 3 years’ experience in implementing technology solutions to improve healthcare operations, such as enhancing system access efficiency or automating supply chain processes. 2 years’ experience in managing projects that involve selection and implementation of software packages to deliver clinical functionality in healthcare settings.Job Posting ID: 56097
