Job DescriptionManaging large projects or (end to end) processes with limited oversight from manager.Coaching, reviewing and delegating work to lower-level professionals.Developing & updating project time plans, meetings communication & follow-up.Managing project quality assurance.Assuring appropriate processes and principles are followed .Tracking risk management- project coordination in larger projects or programs.QualificationsRequires 8 years or more relevant experience.Proven experience in managing large-scale automotive projects from initiation through completion.Hands-on experience with vehicle development, manufacturing processes, or automotive design is a plus.Strong knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and certifications (e.g., ISO, IATF 16949, etc.).Project Planning & Coordination: Ability to create detailed project timelines, define scope, manage resources, and ensure project milestones are met.Risk Management: Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.Budgeting and Cost Control: Expertise in managing project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring the project stays within financial parameters.Scheduling and Resource Allocation: Strong knowledge of project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Jira, etc.) to allocate resources efficiently.Lead cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and suppliers, ensuring collaboration across departments.Strong interpersonal and communication skills to manage stakeholder relationships (internal and external).Experience in mentoring junior project managers and team members.Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.In-depth understanding of the automotive development process, including design, prototyping, testing, and production.Knowledge of automotive technologies such as electric vehicles (EVs), autonomous driving systems, infotainment, and powertrain systems.Familiarity with automotive supply chains and vendor management.Strong analytical skills to assess complex problems and develop effective solutions.Ability to make decisions based on data analysis and project goals.Clear and concise communication skills for presenting project status, challenges, and results to senior management and stakeholders.Ability to create and deliver detailed reports, dashboards, and project documentation.Experience working with diverse teams such as engineering, marketing, finance, and manufacturing.Familiarity with Agile project management principles or Lean manufacturing practices is often considered a plus, especially in companies focused on rapid development cycles.Fluency in English is typically required.
