The Job

As a Project Manager (PMO), you’ll be part of our Indirect team located in Shanghai. You’ll get to: 

Provide input to and update program roadmaps for all Indirect commodities in Asia (China, Japan, Korea, Taiwan)Manage requirements intake, prioritization, execution sequencing & project close-out.Effectively integrate with internal & external implementation resources & leadershipManage day-to-day operational aspects of project execution.Report progress, upcoming milestones, risks, and mitigations tailored to intended audience(s)Identify interdependencies and sequencing, ensuring stakeholder alignment.Track program schedule, budget, quality, and status, serving as main point of contact.Utilize change management practices for successful project delivery across the organization.

The Person

5 years of experience in project management including risk management, project reporting, and delivering proven results under complex and pressured circumstancesComprehensive understanding of plant-based operations, financials, and supply chainExperience in Procurement with a deep understanding of Indirect sourcing.Ability to deliver measurable results in strategic sourcing indirect and/or operational efficiency projects.Must have a balance of both strategic and operational capabilities including global sourcing, project management, supplier management, risk management, etc.Ability to project manage indirect vendors performing work on-site.Able to communicate in English, & MandarinExperience in Indirect areas, incl. MRO, Facility, Capex, Subcontracts Management, professional service, HR, temp labor and Marketing.Expert level project management, PMP preferred.Proficient with S.A.P; E-Procurement/Contracts (Ariba) & Inventory Systems
