Marsh is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Philippines office: Project Manager(Power & Energy) , PEMA.

We are seeking someone who has established themselves within the insurance industry, ideally with a strong bias from one of the following: Power & Energy or Construction.
The successful candidate will join the market leading team working for PEMA (Private Equity and Mergers & Acquisition) and will be responsible for building client relationships, acquiring new clients and, managing LIA (Lenders Insurance Advisory) projects.
What makes you stand out:
Sales and Relationship Development
Retaining and expanding existing client relationships and acquiring new ones
Leading the development of custom solutions to address the client/prospect needs
Effectively presenting the solutions to the client/prospect and negotiates compensation
Managing the financial performance of his/her book of business
Developing a business plan for portfolio of clients and prospects to meet specific retention and sales goals
Overseeing quality of deliverables and enforcing critical deadlines
Managing projects from cradle to grave including drafting reports and coaching project team members
What you need to have:
Relevant degree and at least 2 to 3 years relevant experience
Possesses solid project management, business development, client management skills
Excellent people management, time management, communication (written and verbal), presentation and problem-solving skills
Able to speak English and Tagalog
Knowledge of the Private Equity industry will be a plus
