**Description** This position is responsible for managing completion of quality improvement projects within the Providence Medical Group (PMG) specifically related to development, validation, pilot, implementation and spread of new standards. This position may manage all aspects of one or more projects as an advisor or leader, with direct accountability for project execution, to the executive sponsor or senior PMG leadership. Responsible for planning the tasks associated with successful project completion, if acting as the leader, or working with a leader to help the team function more effectively.
