Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to help us manage our construction, design, and blueprint projects. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading projects from start to finish, identifying potential risks, and ensuring the project is completed within the agreed timeline.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead projects from initiation to completion, ensuring the project is delivered on time and within budget. Analyze and identify risks associated with projects, devise strategies/solutions to mitigate them. Negotiate contracts and monitor progress of projects. Communicate with team members, clients, and stakeholders throughout the project's life cycle. Gather requirements and create/manage project plans. Provide guidance and support to project team members. Review project deliverables and test for quality assurance.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field. At least 5 years of experience in project management. Knowledge and experience in managing construction, design, and blueprint projects. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong problem solving and decision-making skills. Proficiency with project management software. Ability to work effectively in a multi-cultural, multi-disciplinary, and multi-location environment.Benefits
