Reporting to the VP - Project Support, the candidate will be responsible for preparing comprehensive space planning and design drawings, documents and reports, coordinating with stakeholders and in-house project teams througout the design process to develop design solutioons without compromisong the design intent, to ensure the timely completion of design-related tasks.

Position Summary Primary Responsibility Requirements

● Compiling Master Plan Proposals and Pitchbooks in accordance to RFP requirements and corresponding events and activities. Master Planning should include and not limited to massing studies, traffic studies (pedestrian, vehicular, mass tourist system integration, etc.) and environmental studies, etc.
● Prepare detailed space planning and design drawings/documents and proactively coordinate with stakeholders and in-house project teams to develop design solutions.
● Work closely with in-house project teams and external consultants in resolving key design issues that may affect the design or impair the progress of work
● Assist in providing design support for and communicate closely with the in-house and external teams on new/modified designs for the projects, as required        
● Assist in establishing design needs and source in-house multi-disciplinary team to provide support 
● Monitor and supervise all external consultants and design team in developing Architectural & Interior design efforts including entertainment attractions coordination, monitor schedules, costs and attend meetings
● Monitor and supervise the design team in completing tasks within schedule
● Review and comment on consultant's submissions including drawings, specifications, design reports, technical reports, programs, schedules and budgets
● Assist in value engineering of consultants' design and recommend cost effective sources, alternative suppliers, and design solutions without compromising the design intent
● Provide leadership to consultant teams throughout the design process

● Minimum 10 years' experience in Architectural design. Experience in casinos, hotels and entertainment attractions would be an advantage
● Strong background and experience in Master Planning, Architectural Design, design management and design coordination with stakeholders, in-house project teams and exteranl consultants.  Design experience in Interiors is a plus.
● Proficiency in preparing sketches, perspectives and details; Proficient is usingAutoCAD, Photoshop, PowerPoint. Knowledge in other 3D digital softwares such as Sketch-Up, 3D Max, V-Ray, etc. would be an advantage. 
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work under pressure and demonstrate responsibility and self-motivation.
● Experience in working as Owner Representative is a major advantage
● Experience in managing and providing leadership to project staff on design
● Familiar with the specification of building materials, installation details and statuary building and fire codes. Experience in Macau and Thai is a plus
● The candidate must be fluent in Cantonese and English.
