Who you are: The ideal candidate is a Project manager who is familiar with commercial/retail refrigeration processes, design, regulations, and equipment? You are a top performer who puts results first and follows a sourcing process. The Strategic Sourcing Department has an opening for a Project Manager- Refrigeration.
This position can be located in the Boise, NorCal, Phoenix, Corporate Offices.
Main responsibilities
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Responsible for supporting and conducting strategic negotiation events for different categories across the organization Strong analytical skills: able to transform data into clear and relevant information Develop and deliver high quality presentations Establish relationships and lead Stakeholders / cross-functional teams along the process to get buy-in Develop and lead comprehensive, multi-faceted and terms-and-conditions negotiations with suppliers Assist with or lead sourcing events from project kick-off to contract execution, and implementation Use and evaluate bidding tools and new technologies Participate in spend analytics and work planning efforts Develop negotiation event timeline and manage execution Project management Handle small to multi-million-dollar projects
The salary range is $95,000.00 to $142,000.00 annually. Starting salary will vary based on criteria such as location, experience, and qualifications. There may be flexibility for exceptional candidates
What we are searching for
Qualifications:
4-year college degree, graduate degree preferred. Minimum of 4 + years' experience in project management. 2-3 years in retail refrigeration preferred Experience in developing and managing supplier/vendor relationships, ideally in the retail Strong experience with scoping and bidding, contract negotiations and managing vendor partners Experience partnering with legal and negotiating terms and conditions Strong business writing, and oral communications skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Consulting (including internal consulting) experience is a big plus Degree or minor in quantitative field such as economics, math, statistics, managerial accounting, business management, etc. is preferred
