Supervises and directs project personnel; assigns duties and responsibilities. **Requisition ID:** 39170BR **Travel Required:** Up to 75% **Major/Essential Functions:** **Position Objective:** The Regional Transformation Support Specialist (RTSS) supports US PREP’s mission to provide on-the-ground support to colleges of education, with the larger goal of ensuring that every child, especially our children of color who are living in poverty, have access to highly effective teachers. A Regional Transformation Support Specialist provides the support and training to set of coalition providers. The universities within the project are geographically isolated and have unique needs.
