Job description

Infosys is seeking a Project Manager and Scrum Master. As a Project Manager, you will be a key player in the consulting team that helps discover and define the problem statement, evaluates the solution options and makes recommendations. You will create detailed design, architecture and process artifacts and implement the deployment plan. You will also support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.At least 10 years of Relevant Information Technology experienceLocation for this position is Atlanta, GA or be willing to relocate to the area of work location. This position may require travel.Minimum 10 years’ experience in successfully delivering projects using waterfall and agile framework in related industry Sound knowledge of software development lifecycle and methodologies including Agile and WaterfallExperience of managing changes in Production environmentLeading and managing cross-functional teams proactivelyKnowledge of IT tools and techniquesCertifications – PMP, Scrum Master, SAFe
Preferred Qualifications:Proactively lead team to successfully develop, test and implement solution fostering best practice approach and providing coaching as required Managing stakeholder expectations across Business and IT, ensuring that relevant information is provided to keep all parties informedLead and facilitate meetings and workshops with BU and IT teams, including Requirements workshops, Design Meetings and Scrum CeremoniesWork with Product Manager and other team leads to ensure that requirements are clearly defined and prioritized in the backlog including estimates and dependenciesProvide support as required to Product and Project Managers as required to ensure that deliverables are clearly defined, understood, and successfully executed by project team Lead change management activities ensuring smooth transition to new systemFacilitate discussions with team members as required ensuring that roadblocks/impediments are followed through to resolution Coordinate scrum team and facilitate ceremonies ensuring adherence to agreed standards and proceduresRecommend tools, standards, and metrics for reporting, and provide updates and necessary information for status reportsUpdate and maintain project documents including project plan, Comms plan, RAID Log, etc.Provide support on other project activities as required e.g. recruitment, onboarding, time log, invoicing etcManage team level risks and issues effectively and escalate promptly as requiredAny other responsibilities required in role
