Job Description:
Contractor shall provide Management, Supervision and Temporary Support/Staffing Personnel Services for various positions within Department of Consumer and Regulatory Affairs. Leads team on large projects or significant segment of large complex projects.
Contractor shall provide management; supervision and temporary support/staffing personnel during the core hours of operation for DCRA. Candidate will provide a comparative analysis of the options for implementing an agency wide Comprehensive Child Welfare Information System (CCWIS). (CIO) In addition the contractor will prepare long and short-range plans for CCWIS development, testing, UAT and deployment including but not limited to, systems development, systems maintenance, and production activities and for necessary support of agency wide CCWIS system.
[(CIO)] The contractor will also provide analysis and complex project related problems and creates innovative solutions involving finance, scheduling, technology, methodology, tools, and solution components. In addition the contractor will maintain and manage the agency interface at the senior levels of the organization. The contractor will also meet with agency and contractor personnel to formulate and review task plans and deliverable items. Ensures conformance with program task schedules and costs. Finally the contractor will provide technical/management leadership on all major tasks or technology assignments. Establishes goals and plans that meet project objectives. Has domain and expert technical knowledge. Directs and controls activities for the agency, having overall responsibility for financial management, methods, and staffing to ensure that technical requirements are met. Interactions involve agency negotiations and interfacing with senior management.

Minimum Education/Certification Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field or equivalent experience; or a current PMP Certification.
