Project Manager/Senior Project Manager
**JOB SUMMARY** The Senior Project Manager/Project Manager drives all aspects of project management within a manufacturing and warehouse environment, including planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure of projects. He/She drives projects that achieve defined goals and communicates regularly with stakeholders. Provides a hands-on approach and strategic insight that aligns projects with business objectives at high safety levels and operational efficiency. The role requires a solid understanding of operational workflows, safety protocols, and compliance requirements, alongside strong financial acumen and the ability to manage vendor relationships. The omission of specific duties/responsibilities does not exclude them from the position if the work is similar, related or is a logical assignment to the position. **MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** **Core** + Ensure a safe work environment complying with all labor laws and state and federal regulations. + Responsible for managing assigned projects to approved budget and timelines. + Manage 2 - 5 projects of medium to high complexity at any point in time. Typical project duration of 6 - 60 months. + Manage day-to-day operation and control of all assigned projects. + Create and maintain detailed project reports providing clear status, updates, and insights. + Ensure project scope and milestones are clearly defined and agreed prior to project approval. + Financial accountability to ensure project costs are managed, benefits are reported accurately. + Manage project budgets, ensuring adherence to financial plans, participation in procure-to-pay processes, and validation of vendor invoices to confirm alignment with contracted work and actual project deliverables. + Identifies risks and issues that challenge achieving strategic goals: develops and implements plans to mitigate risk. Timely communication of concerns to the proper stakeholders + Coordinate cross-functional efforts across Facilities, Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing teams. + Helps organize and develop quarterly and annual planning processes ensuring alignment with the site operating plans. + Measure and report project progress while developing options and recommendations for moving project plans forward to maintain milestones and goals. + Effectively communicate project status, risks, and updates to stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment and project success. + Provide regular support to project team members regarding project management documentation and tools + Supports communications within the organization as well as external contractors and consultants. + Perform miscellaneous duties and projects as assigned or required **General** Must be able to execute all terms and conditions set forth in the **Kedrion US** **Employee** **Handbook** , including, but not limited to: + Strong leadership and motivational skills. + Focus on delivering excellent customer service. + Self-motivated, comfortable working in a demanding environment with minimal direction, and able to adjust workload based upon changing priorities. + Experience creating clear and concise reports, trend analysis, policies, and procedures updates. + Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. + Problem-solving skills and proactive results-oriented mindset. + Highly proficient with MS Office, MS Project, or equivalent project management software. + Works in a safety-conscious manner practicing safe work practices to pose no risk to self or others in the workplace. + Complies with Kedrion Global Code of Conduct company’s policies and procedures and all the applicable regulations. + Interacts in a tactful, diplomatic, and humanistic manner with visitors, and co-workers to provide a safe, efficient, and caring environment that ensures self-respect and personal dignity. + Promotes Kedrion Values: Together as One; Care; Integrity; Sustainable Impact; and Courage. + Attends and participates in scheduled training, educational classes, and meeting(s) promptly and ensures training is up to date for all department personnel. + Creates and maintains an atmosphere of warmth, personal interest, and positive emphasis, as well as a calm environment. **PRIMARY CONTACTS** + Business Leaders, Consultants, Contractors, Site Leadership, and employees **REQUIREMENTS** **Education, Qualifications & Experience** + Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, or related field required. + Five (5) years’ experience in GMP Project Management with a minimum of three (3) years in a supervisory role. + PMP Certification or equivalent required + Extensive knowledge of global cGMPs, regulations, and validation requirements. + Proven skills in coordinating efforts across diverse teams fostering collaboration and managing cross-group dependencies. + Solid knowledge of project management methodologies and hands-on experience managing complex projects with strategic business goals and influence on stakeholders. + Highly organized and efficient, with close attention to detail, and capable of orchestrating multiple projects simultaneously. + Strong communication skills and professionalism to represent Kedrion with both internal stakeholders and external entities + Strong background in streamlining processes, eliminating silos, and improving visibility in project and resource management. + Ability to engage deeply in project details, address issues proactively, and drive successful outcomes through a detailed and pragmatic approach. + Capacity to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks effectively. **Physical Requirements** Work is primarily light in nature, with exerting up to 25lbs of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Reaching, handling, fingering, talking, hearing, bending, stooping, and walking. Involves sitting, standing, and walking most of the time. **Travel** As required to business locations, up to 10% for regional meetings and company sponsored functions including overnight travel. **Working Conditions** + Weekend work and weekday supplemental hours may be necessary to oversee operations of multiple shifts that work 24/7 schedule. + Wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) and controlled area garments may be necessary.
