Job Description: Project Manager - Service Role Details: Location: Manassas, VA Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM Pay Rate: $52–$54/hour

We are seeking an experienced Field Project Manager to lead and manage projects at two Digital Realty Data Centers in Manassas, VA. This role involves overseeing project schedules, coordinating resources, ensuring safety, and managing on-site commissioning activities. The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to transition to other high-profile accounts in 2026-2027.

Key Responsibilities: Manage multiple projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with company objectives and timelines. Facilitate project planning sessions with stakeholders to define scope, objectives, and performance targets. Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, milestones, and performance tracking. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the team and stakeholders. Identify, track, and resolve project issues, ensuring efficient problem resolution. Manage project budgets and conduct research and analysis to support decision-making. Mitigate risks using quality tools and identify alternative solutions when necessary. Oversee on-site safety protocols, resource scheduling, and commissioning documentation. Lead on-site meetings, serving as the primary point of contact for all project-related activities. Provide coaching and feedback to team members, fostering professional growth and development. Requirements: Experience: 5–10 years of project management experience, preferably in data center or similar technical environments. Skills: Exceptional communication skills for stakeholder and team coordination. Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with multiple deadlines. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
