Job Description: Project Manager

Role Details: Location: Dallas-Fort Worth area Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM Pay Rate: $50–$54/hour

We are seeking a skilled Field Project Manager to lead and execute projects of varying complexity within our organization. In this role, you will collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure timely and successful project completion while managing resources, risks, and schedules. This position will oversee two Compass Data Center projects in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, ensuring smooth delivery, commissioning, and on-site management.

Key Responsibilities: Lead multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Facilitate project planning sessions with internal stakeholders to define scope, objectives, and performance goals. Design comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and performance tracking. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders and team members. Identify, track, and resolve project issues, maintaining a focus on quality and risk mitigation. Manage project budgets, conduct research and analysis, and provide input for strategic decision-making. Ensure on-site safety, oversee resource scheduling, and maintain commissioning documentation. Organize and facilitate on-site meetings, acting as the primary point of contact for project-related activities. Provide coaching and feedback to project team members, fostering continuous learning and development.
