Project Manager - Service Operations

Job Description:

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, monitoring, and managing internal projects from initiation through completion. You will lead or coordinate project planning, resourcing, staffing, supply and subcontract management, progress reporting, troubleshooting, and people management. Your role will ensure project results meet requirements regarding technical quality, reliability, schedule, and cost. You will monitor performance and recommend schedule changes, cost adjustments, or resource additions. You will solve complex problems and provide new perspectives using existing solutions. Additionally, you will act as a resource for colleagues with less experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Work on projects of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. Demonstrate good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Network with internal and external personnel in your area of expertise.Manage projects through comprehensive project management concepts, including leading and coordinating groups/resources, organizing and tracking tasks, mitigating risks, engaging stakeholders, creating and monitoring deliverables, and reporting obstacles to ensure effective project outcomes.Maintain project documentation, including charter, plan, scope statement, communication plan, and deployment timeline.Research, provide, format, and analyze data. Observe and analyze patterns, trends, and correlations to make recommendations on company strategic issues and projects. Apply a wide application of theoretical concepts, principles, and practices to the analytical process.Control and mitigate project risks by performing qualitative and quantitative analysis of risks and trigger events, planning risk response, establishing contingency plans, anticipating dependencies affected by ongoing project changes, and recommending ways to mitigate future risks to management.Track and report on key metrics (i.e., deliverables, financials, duration, benefits, readiness) and communicate findings to stakeholders and leadership.Manage the alignment, buy-in, and support of diverse project stakeholders by building and maintaining relationships with internal partners, third-party vendors, and leadership.

Additional Qualifications:

6 years of experience in project managementBachelor's DegreeExperience in Payroll, HR, Benefits, Insurance, etc.US-based with global experience in India and/or Philippines highly preferred, Latin America or Eastern Europe experience acceptable

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $90.00 - $90.00/hr.
