Project Manager/Sr. Consultant
Description We are seeking a Project Manager/Sr. Consultant to join our team in North Haven, Connecticut. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity within the IT industry. As a Project Manager/Sr. Consultant, you will be instrumental in steering the development and implementation of complex technology projects. Your key responsibilities will include porting solutions, developing core services, and adopting Agile methodologies. Responsibilities: • Lead and manage the porting of a high-availability claim submission solution from AngularJS to ReactJS, incorporating JavaScript, Mongo, Node, Express, and Redis • Develop and implement core notification and proxy services, setting the standard for the Customer-Claim value stream • Utilize JavaScript, Node, Express, C#, and .NET Core in the development of these core services • Collaborate with Agile/Scrum teams to ensure efficient and effective development processes • Monitor customer accounts, processing applications, maintaining records, and resolving inquiries as needed • Take appropriate action based on the monitoring of customer accounts to ensure all needs are met • Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in all aspects of work • Continually update and improve processes for increased efficiency and customer satisfaction • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met • Ensure adherence to industry standards and company policies in all project activities. Requirements • Proven experience as a Project Manager or Senior Consultant. • Demonstrable knowledge of Agile methodologies and principles. • Ability to lead, coach, and motivate project team members. • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset. • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of individuals and teams. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. • Proficiency in project management software tools and applications. • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience. • Professional Project Management certification is a plus.
