Project Manager/Sr. Consultant
Description We are looking for a Project Manager/Sr. Consultant to join our consumer products team in West Chester, Pennsylvania. This position is focused on managing multiple technical projects simultaneously and ensuring these projects align with our company's objectives. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Develop and manage technical project plans, ensuring projects are executed efficiently. • Collaborate closely with the ERP integration team to ensure alignment and coordination across projects. • Drive projects forward, ensuring the technical team is meeting deadlines and commitments. • Use Smartsheet as a project management tool to track project progress and report on project status. • Leverage strong follow-up skills to ensure project milestones are met and issues are resolved promptly. • Navigate through the Microsoft ecosystem, utilizing its tools and platforms for project management. • Ensure all customer credit applications are processed accurately and efficiently. • Maintain accurate customer credit records and monitor customer accounts. • Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. • Implement change management strategies to drive project success. Requirements • Must have a minimum of five years' experience in project management within the consumer products industry • Proven expertise in Change Management practices • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral • Proficiency in using project management software such as Smartsheet • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines • Knowledge of product development processes and consumer market trends • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs • Knowledge of budgeting, financial planning, and strategy.
