Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Project Manager/Sr. Consultant in Houston, Texas. The individual will be a vital part of our team, focusing on the aspects of organizational change, including culture, business processes, systems and technology, and job roles. The role involves working closely with teams across the organization to devise and implement change management strategies to ensure maximum employee adoption and minimal resistance. Responsibilities: • Align proposed team and divisional changes with the company's strategic objectives and desired culture. • Coordinate Business Readiness planning and change activities across different program/project streams. • Facilitate the successful execution of organizational change initiatives by assessing the impact of proposed changes on their business area. • Provide recommendations on deploying both local and group changes into their respective business units. • Prepare stakeholders for the change by building the guiding teams, defining the desired future, and identifying links to the company's Strategic Plan. • Define success metrics and monitor change progress. • Anticipate sources of resistance and barriers to change, and develop mitigation resources, tools, and tactics. • Work with the Project Team and Key Stakeholders to incorporate transition management principles into every Change Management Plan. • Design, build, and implement detailed Organizational Change Management Plans at the Program/Project level. • Foster productive working relationships across projects and programs, supporting standardized approaches to delivering business transformation and readiness. Requirements • Demonstrable expertise in Atlassian Jira. • Proficient with Cisco Technologies. • Strong understanding of Cloud Technologies. • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools. • Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning. • Familiarity with About Time software. • Experience in AB Testing. • Proven skills in Agile Scrum methodology. • Understanding of Budget Processes. • Experience in Change Management.
