Description Robert Half is searching for Program Manager to support an insurance client based in Seattle, WA. This Program Manager will be responsible for integrating workstreams between Software Engineers and Business stakeholders. You will be responsible for growing the self-service portal for Workforce Benefits in a cloud-native environment. Apply today! Schedule: Core business Hours Responsibilities include: + Drive cloud native solution development in complex insurance business domain + Work with TPM partner, engineers, product owners, business analysts, and UX designers to deliver detailed and creative solutions to complex problems, while keeping a watchful eye on schedules and costs + Create detailed specs and break down the features and user stories that software engineering teams can consume to implement the solutions + Manage relations with cross-functional organizations and 3rd party software vendors + Be an active participant of daily standups and scrum meetings and lead meetings when required. Requirements + Bachelor’s degree & 3+ years of experience in Program Management or related role + Ability to refine backlogs, guide project prioritization and identify risks + Demonstrated ability to elicit requirements with associated business stakeholders. + Identify use cases, user stories, business requirements + Experience with the following technology: Azure DevOps, JIRA, Power BI + Familiarity with AngularJS, .NET, and C# on the front-end + Familiarity with either AWS or Azure Cloud solutions.
