Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Project Manager/Sr. Consultant in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The individual will play an instrumental role in overseeing the strategic initiatives within our organization. This role is crucial in our non-profit industry, where the individual will collaborate with the executive leadership team on various special projects. Responsibilities: • Administer the development and management of project budgets • Oversee the process of monitoring expenses and tracking project expenditures • Handle the reconciliation of invoices and processing of payments • Monitor the progress of various projects, identifying potential risks, and implementing necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders in managing projects • Utilize experience with JIRA and Asana in the management of projects • Apply strategic change management techniques to ensure smooth transitions and implementations • Use expertise in CRM and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning to enhance project outcomes • Implement agile scrum methodologies to enhance project efficiency • Leverage knowledge in cloud technologies and Cisco technologies to support projects. Requirements • Proficiency in using Atlassian Jira for project tracking and management • Experience with Cisco Technologies • Familiarity with Cloud Technologies and its applications in business processes • Knowledge of CRM systems and their effective use in customer relationship management • Understanding of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning, and its implementation in streamlining business processes • Ability to use About Time for efficient time and attendance management • Proficiency in AB Testing to enhance user experience and interface • Experience in Agile Scrum methodologies for project management • Understanding of Budget Processes for efficient allocation and management of resources • Experience in Change Management and its implementation in business transformation.
