Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Project Manager/Sr. Consultant in the advertising industry, based in Irving, Texas. This role involves overseeing and driving data migration projects, with a particular focus on transitioning from an Oracle/Informatica platform to Azure/Databricks. Responsibilities: • Manage large-scale data migration projects, transitioning from Oracle/Informatica to Azure/Databricks • Work closely with Data Engineers and DBAs to ensure a smooth and efficient transition • Oversee and manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful execution • Implement best practices in data governance, security, and compliance throughout all projects • Identify potential risks and implement strategies to mitigate them, ensuring data integrity and system compatibility • Adapt to changing project needs and ensure smooth execution by effectively managing project resources • Foster effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders to align project goals and expectations • Utilize your knowledge of cloud technologies, specifically Azure and Databricks, in the execution of data migration projects • Apply your project management skills to drive projects to completion, meeting all project goals and objectives • Leverage your expertise in Agile Scrum methodology to facilitate efficient project execution and team collaboration. Requirements • Demonstrated expertise in Cloud Technologies is mandatory. • Proficiency in Agile Scrum methodology is required. • Experience with Azure Databricks is essential. • Solid understanding and experience in Data Migration is necessary. • Hands-on experience with Informatica is a prerequisite. • Familiarity with Oracle systems is expected. • Strong competence in Project Management is needed.
