Description We are hiring for an experienced PLM Project Manager with proven expertise in PTC Windchill, AutoCAD MEP to manage our clients Product Family Architecture that is based on digital transformation. The PLM requires extensive experience in coordinating with cross-functional business and technical teams to manage multi-year multi-release PLM implementation. Responsibilities: • Lead the PLM transformation program and focus on Windchill+ implementation • Develop PLM roadmaps in alignment with business objectives • Manage cross-functional teams across Engineering, Product Development, Purchasing, Costing, and IT departments • Oversee Digital Transformation projects integrating PLM with PFA, AutoCAD MEP CAD, ERP, CPQ and other systems • Define and manage program scope, budget, and resources • Develop and review comprehensive Statement of Work (SOW) documents • Drive data migration and system integration strategies • Utilize skills in CRM, ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning, Agile Scrum, Change Management, AutoCAD, Project Management, PMP Certification, Stakeholder Management Requirements • Proficiency in CRM systems for customer relationship management • Strong knowledge of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems • Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodology • Demonstrated expertise in Change Management • Proficiency in AutoCAD design software • Solid background in Project Management • PMP (Detail Oriented Management) certification is required • Exceptional skills in Stakeholder Management • Ability to lead and manage large-scale projects • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines • Willingness to travel for project needs • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field + PMP certification preferred + PTC Windchill or other PLM vendor certification preferred Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
