Description We are in search of a Project Manager/Sr. Consultant to become an integral part of our team in the financial services industry, located in McAllen, Texas. In this role, you will be tasked with aligning technology solutions with business strategies, establishing and maintaining business relationships, and conducting data analysis to understand business strategy requirements. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Align technology solutions with business strategies by working closely with business partners • Establish and maintain an effective liaison relationship with business partners and IT organization to deliver efficient technical solutions • Seek opportunities to deepen the relationship between the IT organization and business partners • Conduct detailed data gathering and analysis to comprehend business strategy requirements • Contribute to the business's short-term and long-term planning sessions, providing direction to ensure understanding of business goals • Assess client needs using a structured requirements process, which includes gathering, analyzing, documenting, and managing changes to assist in identifying business priorities • Develop, write, and communicate business requirements, including the business environment, business rules, risks, and information pertinent to stakeholders • Build use cases to identify functional requirements to satisfy business needs • Analyze client operations to understand their strengths and weaknesses and determine opportunities for improvements • Document current business processes and models • Assist in the redesign of business processes • Develop user test cases and validate test results during testing • Investigate, resolve, and escalate problems, developing recommendations for resolution • Keep clients informed of problems, issues, and resolutions • Analyze performance metrics to ensure client satisfaction • Ensure IT solutions meet client needs. Requirements • Proficiency in Atlassian Jira is required, with a focus on its application in project management tasks. • Expertise in Cisco Technologies, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. • Familiarity with Cloud Technologies, demonstrating a clear understanding of its benefits and limitations in the financial services industry. • Demonstrable skills in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to ensure client satisfaction and retention. • Extensive experience in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning, with a focus on financial modules. • Proficient in using About Time for efficient time management and productivity enhancement. • Experience in AB Testing to optimize project outcomes and meet financial objectives. • Agile Scrum certification or equivalent experience is required for effective project management. • Strong knowledge of budget processes, with the ability to manage financial resources effectively. • Demonstrable skills in Change Management, with the ability to guide teams through transitions while maintaining project continuity.
