Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Project Manager/Sr. Consultant in Sacramento, California. This role is situated in the industry of CRM and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning, with a focus on enhancing project management systems, optimizing resource planning, and integrating data workflows.
Responsibilities:
• Streamline project and resource management through critical enhancements in Kantata
• Optimize Kantata configurations for balanced workload distribution and precise project timelines
• Establish reporting structures and key performance indicators for increased visibility into project progression and resource usage
• Ensure the consistency and integrity of data for seamless integration with future systems
• Provide technical guidance and training to project teams for standardized data entry and usage
• Develop data pipelines between Kantata and reporting tools, such as ERP and Power BI, for real-time insights
• Automate resource planning analytics to support decision-making on capacity and workload distribution
• Standardize reporting templates for operational reviews, project tracking, and variance analysis
• Improve data consistency and accessibility to facilitate system-wide reporting automation
• Enhance system automation for efficient project planning and resource allocation
• Establish governance frameworks for sustainable system maintenance and reporting accuracy
• Optimize workflows to enhance scalability and integration with enterprise IT infrastructure
• Conduct final training, documentation, and knowledge transfer to ensure a smooth transition. Requirements • Proven experience as a Project Manager or Senior Consultant.
• Familiarity with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.
• Proficiency in ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems.
• Knowledge and experience with API (Application Programming Interface).
• Strong project management and consulting skills.
• Exceptional leadership qualities and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• Relevant certifications in Project Management would be advantageous.
• Proficiency in project management software tools.
• Understanding of project management methodologies.
