Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to fill the position of Project Manager. The successful candidate will play a key role in planning and executing a variety of construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage project schedules, including resource allocation and critical path analysisCoordinate with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that project objectives are clearly defined and metManage project budgets, including monitoring expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunitiesEnsure that all construction activities are performed in compliance with relevant regulations and safety standardsLead project teams, providing guidance and support to team members and addressing any issues that ariseMaintain project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and other project-related records

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related fieldAt least 3 years of experience in project management, particularly in the field of structural steel/steel constructionExperience managing various construction projects including commercial, healthcare, stadium, or relatedStrong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skillsKnowledge of relevant regulations and safety standardsAbility to work independently and as part of a team, with strong attention to detail
